nationally at the 1982 PMMI Show in Chicago, Techform’s innovative Combination Mold
Program is a highly cost effective alternative to full mold tooling for our customers
using .010" or .015" PVC blisters.Utilizing CAD/CAM technology
Techform will quickly design and prototype a custom blister to fit your sample product,
card size, and other design specifications. Following customer review and approval, orders
can be placed in our conveniently scheduled production runs in order increments
of 25,000 blisters. (See Combo Schedule)
Tooling charges are nominal, compared with the costs of full mold tooling, as only
one cavity is needed for each 25,000 blisters to be produced on a single combo run.
Cavity charges vary with size, complexity, and the number required. There are no
additional cavity charges for repeat blister orders, unless additional cavities are
required for increased order quantities.
