Founded by a Chemical Engineer in 1962 with the philosophy of being a
creative designer and manufacturer of high quality precision thermoforms for packaging
applications, the name "Techform" was derived from this concept of taking a
Technical approach to thermoforming.
Technical excellence, plus quality, service, and competitive costs, have been the
backbone of the company ever since.The company became ISO 9001 registered in April, 1995.
Having outgrown its facilities four times, Techform currently occupies a
55,000 square foot plant in the Mount Airy, NC Industrial Park. From this convenient
location, Techform serves a variety of industries throughout the United States, including
cosmetics, medical, pharmaceutical, consumer packaging, electronics, automotive, foods,
and many others. Sales service use of the company aircraft converts the miles into
minutes.
